Details: Today is my first day at the University of Bern!!! I am excited…I know, I am such a nerd. But at the master\'s level, I feel like I\'ve lived the \"easy\" bachelor\'s degree life, and I am ready to work…and work hard--especially since the University of Bern is ranked among the top 200 Universities in the world, they really try to hold up their reputation and kick our butts even harder. But I\'m all for it, so bring it on!

Details: I had a lot of time to train today because I had the morning off from school and then work in the afternoon so I just filled it with all the \"extras.\" I actually did the ABCs and strides in the morning and then the strength work on the core in the evening. I did some light lifting for my arms just because it\'s something I \"should\" do…so I do. Anytime I do core strength, I normally also do lifting for my arms…it\'s just part of my little routine that I do. I have weak arms!!! It\'s really funny, I remember I used to lift twice a week with \"Skinny\" in high school and I don\'t bench much more than I did then! A bit more, but not much more. Hahaha!

Weather: I can\'t believe how warm it is!
Details: I am getting antsy to do more mileage, but I am trying to build up turtle-speed like I mentioned before...I am antsy mostly because I just realized I did a marathon distance in 4 days!!! Hahaha. Dangit. It\'s weird for me only training once a day because I did so many doubles last year. Doubles will come along in due time!!! Patience dangit.
