Details: Okay, I am getting toooo antsy!!! I finally get to move up my mileage next week so I am going to enjoy this last week of lower mileage!!! The wind direction just changed and we are getting a COLD BLAST from the North and temperatures are supposed to drop below freezing over the next couple of days. BRRRR. I enjoyed our awesome fall weather though!!! I've heard that there have been years where it had already snowed at this time of year. So yeah, I guess I will enjoy the fact that I only have to go run in the cold once a day this week…I add doubles next week! Yaay!

Weather: 40 degrees and cloudy
Details: Student. That's it. They don't have the concept of a "student-athlete" here. In my program, you are only allowed to have two absences per class and then you get dropped from the class and a big fat "incomplete." They are really strict about their attendance policy and don't really care if you are an athlete or not…I was really spoiled at N.C. State, where they were accepting of my absences due to running! Here, I have to plan running around school. So enjoy your time student-athletes in the USA!!!
