Weather: warm!!! STILL too warm for this time of year…
Details: Feel like I have been out of it for a while, which I have…But I am usually reslient, so I hope this comes back quickly…But patience is all I have right now, so I have to make sure I use that patience!!!

Where: Aare with Ueli.
Weather: 50s+

I actually felt pretty good today!

Okay, I gave you all the fast training stuff because I have finals coming up and am studying like crazy….Am going to up my miles up to 55 this week and then 60 next week. I am healthy and my body adapts quickly and well to mileage since I have been running relatively high mileage for the past 7 years or so!

NEXT: January 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 – I need a workout (but not too much)
