Strength:  strides and ABC drills

Training:  60 minutes

Day Mileage: 8.5 miles

Week Total:  29 miles

 

 

Thursday – February 22, 2007

Training:  AM:50 minutes

              PM:  50 minutes

Day Mileage: 14 miles

Week Total:  43 miles


 

Friday– February 23, 2007

Training:  40 minutes

Day Mileage: 6 miles

Week Total:  49 miles

 

Saturday .. February 24, 2007

Training:  20 warm up, 3k cross country, 20 cool down

Day Mileage:  9 miles

Sunday – February 25, 2007

Training:  80 minutes

Strength:  20 minutes core strength

Day Mileage: 10.5 miles (hilly route)

Week Total:  68.5 miles

 

          Okay, I know I am getting a little boring…So I'll be honest, I was struggling here for a while with the training routine.  I was kind of lost and didn't really know what I was doing…But now I have new guidance and I am feeling really motivated again.  I was getting stale there for a bit because I didn't know what I was supposed to do, I was kind of training myself so that is never really good…  I am a very dedicated person, but as an athlete, I also need to be motivated…and I am freshly motivated to kick some a..butt.  Sorry, PG -13 rated.  Rock and roll J   Josi's back in business…once again…  How many ups and downs is one supposed to have?  Sheeeeesh.
