Good workout today with Vivi.  It was really nice to "roll" this workout with her.  I found it a pretty "hefty" workout…4x3,000 meters, but a really good half marathon workout.  I was feeling my right hip again, which I always  have had a problem with but has been improving with acupuncture and physical therapy.

Sunday .. March 25, 2007
Training:  74

Moderate long run, I really felt my legs today, and they were STRUGGLIN'.  My lower back was killin' me too.  I get acupuncture next week though so I'm just going to do what I can (stretch and what not) until then…
