Strength:  lifting with legs and arms

          Took it easy today since I ran long the last 3 days and I have a race coming up on Sunday.

                 Place: 1st, Time: 59:27, hilly, hilly, hilly!
Day Mileage:  14 miles
Week Grand Total: 64 miles
The race went well, just killed myself on the hills.
