Wednesday – June 13, 2007
Training: 38 minute warm up, 30 minute tempo run around 6 minute pace per mile, 6xtrack diagonal sprints, 28 cool down
Strength: track diagonal sprints
Day Mileage: 14+ miles
Week Total: 31.5 miles
Weather: weird, 70s, breezy, dark cloudy cool, sunny and hot…..
Details: I felt pretty good during the workout today and then when I got home I was DEAD. I had a long day today with work and studying etc… so that means to bed early for me!!!
Set a goal and take steps to reach that goal…even if they are just baby steps. I feel like I've run into a rut again and have just been going through the motions because I am too busy! I am all about balance, but I need to do less…not less running, but more running, and a bit less work. Of course I can't get out of it right no with finals coming up, but after finals, I want to live on a strict RUNNING ROUTINE and plan for a solid three months. So, let me get through these finals and then take a step back and plan out my trainings!!!
