Marianne Abdalah of Vincentian Academy continued her winning ways by cruising to her 2nd straight District 7 championships. She is the only sub 18 minute runner in the division. Emma Seifried of Country Day School of the Sacred Heart has been on a roll, defeating the O'Hara stars to win Delaware County, and then following that up with AACA and District 1 titles. Mackenzie Greenfield of Holy Cross won District 2 with Lexi Walsh finishing behind her for the champions. Sydney Gilkey of Central Cambria continues to improve, running her best time of the season at District 6 (18:45.5). In the top ten, only District 9 champion Tori Dippold and Arlee Simendinger of Penn Cambria are seniors.
