Tuesday – June 26, 2007
Training:  20 warm up,  2x1,000 then 4 min jog recovery, 2x800 with 3 min jog recovery,  5x400 with 2 min jog recovery, 10 cool down
Strength:  strides and ABC drills
Day Mileage:  9 miles
Week Total:  16 miles
Details:  Felt really good in my workout today, but hey, I had some awesome fans watching  :-)


 
Wednesday – June 27, 2007
Training:  63 minutes
Strength:  core 20 mins
Day Mileage:  9 miles

Training:  40 minutes
Day Mileage:  6 miles

Training:  warm up, 30 mins tempo and then 4x200 strides, cool down

Sunday – July 1, 2007
Training:  75 minutes
Day Mileage:  10 miles
Week Total:  59.5 miles
Details:  Moderate long run today.


 
Digging deep.
          You have to ask yourself, do you really want this?  OR, rather, this is what I have to ask myself right now with finals going on…  Normally, it would be EASY to go on a run while studying for finals because you just want to get out of the house, but it's been rough!  Next week is my last week of finals so I can't wait!!!!!!!!  My brain is sort of fried already so I can't even write right now.  I will be back after July 6th, when my last final is OVER.!!!
