Week Mileage:  7 miles
Details:  Which ones???....
Well the good thing about me, is that I am honest….The thing I am afraid of, is that I will de-motivate some of you!  BUT, I am honest.  It has been a REALLY tough year on me.  I have had to jump over hurdle after hurdle because of health problems, time management, and this asthma thing.  It has been a really frustrating road since my "burn out" last year and not having a coach.  I need to do something about that, but I am sort of waiting on someone to coach me!  But in the meantime, I am supposed to build up my mileage.  Luckily, I DO have people to work out with from my club on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings!  BUT, I don't have anyone telling me what to do outside of that.  I am normally a very self-disciplined person in everything I do!  However, lately  I have noticed that I have been leaving a smaller amount of time for the training details.  I have had so much going on from school to student teaching to work and the running part of training, that I have been leaving out the details that I've wanted to work on!...The details that I set a goal to pay more attention to, and alas, here I am….Getting those runs and workouts in, but not really paying attention to the foot exercises, to foot strength, to running drills.  Again, all in all my life is great!!!  Except for this whole training bit…  I love school (like I have mentioned before, after the age of 25, it is okay to love school…you are only defined as a "nerd" if you are in high school and say I love school ;-) hahaha), I love my jobs, I love student-teaching, I love babysitting the cutest little baby ever (she can walk now), I love being able to spend time with Ueli, and I DO LOVE to run, it's just frustrating when you can't breath and you've been to the doctor about a billion times and you get meds., but it doesn't really feel like they are helping me at all… so right now, it's BACK TO THE DOCTORS once again!  So I am motivated to run, but am really frustrated with the whole asthma thing…The weirdest thing is that I've never had problems like this until this past year!  So we'll see what happens….
