Philadelphia Catholic League Meet (Haverford College - Lutnick Center, Haverford, Pa.)

The boys and girls of the PCL will head to Haverford College on Friday night.

In the 55m hurdles, St. Joe's Prep's Miles Green looks to stay hot. In the dash, Archbishop Wood's Jordan Johnson will race D'Andre Swift from SJP and Archbishop Ryan's Monte Guess. The 200 meters will be led by LaSalle's Charles Headen, who has had a nice start to his season.

There's a solid 800 meter field. Neumann Goretti's Kamil Jihad, LaSalle's Patrick Grant, and the Cardinal O'Hara duo of Justin Jones and Quentin Francis make up a deep field that could see some fast times, even at Haverford. The 3000 will also be good. Ryan James and Rob Morro have been quiet so far this indoor season, but on Friday night we'll see what kind of shape the two O'Hara stars are in as they'll open up in the 3K. We'll see if they work together to aim for a quick time.

On the girls side, look out from Ryan's Alison Jones in the 55 meter hurdles as well as the long jump and triple jump. In the 800, O'Hara's Elizabeth Mancini will enter as the favorite. Her sister Grace will race the 3000 meters.
