Two of Pennsylvania's best distance runners will be headed to Boston next fall.
Downingtown West's Aislinn Devlin and Unionville's Anna Juul announced on Twitter Wednesday night that they'll both be headed to Boston next year to attend Harvard University.
Last week, Devlin (PA#1) and Juul (PA#6) took first and second respectively at the Ches-Mont League Championships. The current league rivals will become teammates at the Ivy League School. Unionville has some history with Harvard. 2012 PIAA state champion Courtney Smith is a junior with the Crimson. In fact, you can watch her in the latest Workout Wednesday over at FloTrack.
On Wednesday night, the pair went 1-2 at the West Chester Henderson 3200 meter race on the track, posting times of 10:33 and 10:36. They'll square off again next Friday at the District 1 Championships at Lehigh University.
