The North Penn senior continues to amaze, but can a new entry to AAA or a frequent rival challenge her?

Uche Nwogwugwu may have proved this indoor season that she is unstoppable. The North Penn senior didn't even start running this winter until January because of a knee injury. But she still managed to pull out the state title in the 400 meters at the PTFCA Indoor State Championships.

Nwogwugwu enters this outdoor season as the reigning state champ over the distance. She ran 54.09 last spring to win the state title. With some more training under her belt, there's no telling how fast she can go this spring. She's not far off a sub-54 second performance and we'll have our eyes on that barrier.

Her best challenger will be Cheltenham's Alexis Crosby. Crosby is coming off another strong indoor season. She was second to Nwogwugwu at indoor states. The junior is a super talent and sh...
