PA State XC, Indoor Mile/3000 champ, and Foot Locker finalist Frances Koons has made a verbal commitment to attend and compete for the storied program at Villanova University this coming Fall. Koons had narrowed her choices to Providence and Virginia, but had such a great visit to Villanova that made the choice easy. \"I\'m so close to my family, and this will give me the opportunity to see them more often, and for them to see me compete. Plus I can see my sister run.\"
