Ohio Preview Meet - Highlights

Sam Dyson of Punxsutawney Area threw 43-3 to win the shot put. That's a big all-conditions PR for Dyson, who's previous best was 40-0, and she nows that over at PA#2.
Bentworth's Brenna Cavanaugh ran a PA#2 in the 60-meter hurdles of 8.92, which is a new PR.
Winchester Thurston's Tristan Forsythe ran quick in the 3,200 meters, going 9:15.19, which translates to an 8:37 3K using the MileSplit conversion calculator.
Gianna Labbiento of Sharon dropped a pair of PA#1 in the 1,600 meters and the 3,200 meters. She went 5:03.57 for second in the 1,600 and then 10:53.76 for the 3,200 meter win.

Treyvon Ferguson of Milton Hershey made his return a triumphant one. The senior, in his first appearance of the indoor season, went right to PA#1 in the triple jump with a leap of 48-6.5
Also from Milton Hershey, Tatyana Gibson ran 5:16.29, a PA#2 for the 1,600 meter win.

Bethel Park's James Krandel went 7.01 to win the 60 meters for the third time at a meet this season
Noah Beveridge of Butler ran a strong race in the 800 meters, winning in 1:58.93.
Penn Hills' Alex Trower ran 22.93 to win the 200 meters.
Brock Grundy of Hickory continued his strong season in the shot put. He threw 55-1.5 to win the event.
West Allegheny's Maddie Salek ran a PA#3 in the 800 meters, clocking a 2:15.49 to win.

In the high jump, Miazziah Rose (Pottsgrove) and Shelby Stackhouse (Wyoming Area) both cleared 5-4. Rose took the win on jumps
Payden Montana of Berwick earned another win, taking the shot put with a throw of 43-9.
