Gwynedd-Mercy is rolling already in this young season. And a newer name pops up on in the leaders in the 1600. Kate Simon ran a 5:12.2 to finish 2nd to one name you know, Kate Vernon, who ran a 5:04.3. Their teammate, Khaki Mealey took the 3200 in 11;32.2. St. Basil and Unionville battled it out in the DMR, with Basil taking an eight second win in 12;35.1. Ryan sprinter Sara Brown won the 100 in 12.3 and the 200 in 25.9. The Bensalem 4x400 ran a quick 3:24.7. Tennent was less than a second back. Lamont Louis, Bensalem, broke 40 in the 300 Hurdles, going 39.1, just .2 up on Tennent's Andre Burton. Pennsbury's Kervin Michaud went 49.4 in the 400, .2 ahead of J. Edwards, of McDevitt.
