Brown Race

North Allegheny's Zach Kinne journeyed to the eastern side of Pennsylvania on a solo trip with his Tiger teammates. The senior came away with the state's fastest time of the season so far on the flat course of Lehigh.

Kinne, who said he'd been battling a cold in the days leading up to the race, was in control of the race once he seized the lead before the mile. He finished in 15:24, the fastest time of the warm day on a soft course.

Out-of-staters took the next four spots. Michael Keehan of Salesianum (DE) was second in 15:31, edging out Loyala-Blakefield (MD)'s Camden Gilmore, who was third in the same time. Charter School of Wilmington (DE)'s Andrew Avila was fourth in 15:39, followed by Tatnall (DE)'s Nicholas Garrett.

Boyertown's Christian McComb was sixth in15:48, followed by Cardinal Gibbons (NC)'s Lowell Hensgen (seventh in 15:52) and Wallenpaupack's Tyler Wirth (eighth in 15:53).

The team title went Cardinal Gibbons (NC), which scored 126 points to dominate the standings. Salesianum (DE) was second with 214, followed closely by third place Loyola-Blakefield (MD), which scored 214. Owen J. Roberts was the top PA team, scoring 282 for fourth, seven points ahead of fifth place Parkland.


White Race

Jenkintown continued its winning ways with yet another dominating performance on Saturday. The Drakes followed up its Foundation White Race win with a victory in Paul Short's White Race.

Jack Miller claimed his third invite win of the season, rolling to a 15:45. Miller has company in Wyomissing Area's Ben Kuhn through the mid-way point of the race, before he opened up a gap.

Jenkintown scored 84 points to win the team title by 107 points over second place Germantown Friends. Chaminade (NY) was third with 203 points.

Bel Air's Caleb Zylka was second in 16:17 and Delbarton School (NJ)'s Stephen Daly was third in 16:23. Tyrone Area's Zach Kohler was fourth in 16:25, followed by Carter Geer of Jenkintown (16:28) and Kuhn (16:31).
