Mike Booth, West Mifflin, was a double victor, taking the 800 in 2:06.2 and the Mile in 4:24.0, the latter over Jeff Weiss, McGuffey, who was awarded the same time. Weiss did capture the 2-mile in 9:38.0. Brian Mox of Chartiers Valley, was also a double winner, taking the Discus with a toss of 150-09 and the Shot Put with a throw of 50-06. McGuffey's Ellen Metz heaved the Javelin 138-01.
