Talitha Diggs continued her unbeaten streak this past weekend. The Saucon Valley junior ran a PR of 39.26 in the 300 meters to earn yet another win. That time improves upon her own PA#2 in the event.

Christine Mancini of Cardinal O'Hara ran a PA#1 time of 2:59.45 in the 1K for a strong first race in the new year.

Kai Cummings of Germantown Friends moved to the top of the state rankings in the 300 meters. The junior went 34.23 for the win and new PA#1.

The Haverford School flexed its muscle and depth once again. The squad went 1:29.66 for the win in a dramatic final. That's good enough for a PA#2 on the season. Bensalem also ran well to take third in that final in 1:30.66, a PA#3.

Haverford School freshman Kevin Thomas took second in the 55-meter hurdle finals, running 7.82, a PA#1 time. Dan Whaley and Daiyaan Hawkins also ran PA#4 and PA#5 times in the 300 meters, rounding out a very strong day for the Haverford School.

The Bensalem boys ran a PA#1 time of 8:14.50 to win the 4x800-meter relay.
