Meet Preview: PTFCA Indoor Track Carnival

PTFCA Carnival - Boys' Sprints/Hurdles Preview

The 60 meter dash will be a good one between a handful of state medal hopefuls. Wilson's Ethan Capitano went 6.94 at Alvernia over the weekend, which moved him up to PA#6. Central Dauphin East's Bryce Baker, Wilkes-Barre's Rafael McCoy, Chambersburg's Tyeshawn Worrell, and West Chester Rustin's Drew Gallen are among the others in this field that have gone sub-7 in the event this season. This one will be close!

Gallen and Worrell are among the top seeds in the 200 meters later in the day. The 400 meters will be relatively wide open with Cumberland Valley's David Williams and Great Valley's Alexander Siaton as the top seeds. Central Dauphin East and Chambersburg will likely battle it out for the win in the 4x200 meter relay.

The 60 meter hurdles will be very competitive with Liberty's Christian Tackett, CD East's David Niang, Warwick's Tanner Haines, Shikellamy's Cameron Leib, and Southern Columbia's Jake Rose among those that will make a legitimate run for the win on Saturday.
