It was a thrilling day of action on the boys' side at Sunday's PTFCA Indoor State Championships.
It was a walk-off win for the Saint Joseph's Prep boys, which captured its second state title in three years. The Prep boys entered the 4x400 meter relay in second place in the team standings, but won the final event of the day to secure the victory with 35 points. Salim Epps' strong day put the Hawks in position to capture the win and then he anchored the team to the win in the 4x4.
Hatboro Horsham was second with 27 points, Central Dauphin East took third with 26 points, and Council Rock South was fourth with 20 points.
