Top 50 Freshmen Boys Sprint & Hurdle Times From The Past Decade

Who have been the top freshmen boys in the sprints and hurdles over the last decade (2010-2019)? We ranked the top ninth grade times in the 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, 110 meter hurdles, 300 meter hurdles, and the 400 meter hurdle during that stretch.

Bloomsburg's Jahvel Hemphill (above, second from left), who went on to win four straight PIAA Class AA 100 meter state titles, emerged onto the scene in a big way as a freshman and clocked the fast ninth grade time at 10.73 in 2014. He is among many impressive freshman that have come through PA over the last ten years.
