The first four races of the team are perhaps the most open-ended, as Class A girls have plenty individuals and teams vying for the states top spots.
There will be a number of contenders for the top spot individually, like Lauren Shaffer, Hannah Wagner Carmen Medvit, Corinn Brewer, Willow Myers, and Grace Mason, but there is plenty of room for a surprise winner.
The team race is perhaps the most wide open it has been in years with a number of upstart teams looking to take the top spot, like the freshmen-heavy Mohawk girls, the District 6 champions from Penns Valley, or the powerful Wilmington squad.
