Girls Invitational Triple Jump (Friday, 4 P.M.)

After a breakthrough sophomore season outdoors last spring, Alexander has picked up right where she left off into this indoor campaign. The Rustin junior has leapt over 38 feet twice in the triple jump, putting down a best of 38-6 (PA#1; US#21). Her consistency is on point, and she's already closing in on her PR of 38-11 set last spring. The competition on Friday, which includes 40-footer Alaysia Oakes from Virginia.
Alexander is also entered in the 200 meters, where she should be a factor on the heels of a 57.68 400 last week at Penn State..
