The season begins. PennTrackXC.com will be covering two meets, the one in Chambersburg Friday 9/3, and the Bear River Run in Lock Haven on Saturday 9/4. This will be the first year in quite a few we haven\'t kicked it off at Tamanend Park for the Viking (Wood) invitational. Hatboro will be debuting there. But Chambersburg could challenge. Plus, there\'s a Big Spring frosh girl who will be a force this year racing in C-burg. And Lauretta Dezubay of Freedom is racing in Lock Haven Saturday. Next week, the big one is the Gettysburg Inv with the Millers and Manheim Twp, the Cedar Cliff boys. the Chambersburg girls, and a Greenville girl who is expected to make a spash. Word out of Lancaster Ct. is that Conestoga Valley has a frosh boy who is destined for good races, and could challenge the Miller\'s team in their own county. Stay tuned. Keep us in the loop.
