THE Girls List

Inspired by MileSplit's Top XC '23 Boys Four-Year Comparison, we wanted to take a closer look a the Class of 2023 to get a better pictures of where they started and finished their careers.

We compiled a list to display how The Top 800 Senior Boys in Pennsylvania progressed from their freshman to senior campaigns (though some seniors are still racing in November and December). Athletes are ranked based on their Times in 2022. 

Brian DiCola tops the list. He was the fourth ranked Freshman in 2019 and sustained growth throughout his career. Rory Lieberman's arch has been exponential. He was the 30th freshman in his class, but has improved to the second fastest boy in his class.

If you look further down the list, you'll see Quentin Ryan who shaved 2:34 seconds off of his time to go from 17:44 to 15:10. He was ranked as the 78th freshman in 2019. Or what about Aidan McHugh who ran 18:49 his freshman year and then 19:27 his sophomore season. This year he broke through for a 15:25....
