The results are in, and Ella Woehlcke (Mount Saint Joseph Academy) and Asad Reese (Imhotep Institute Charter HS) are your PA MileSplit Athletes of the Month for January.

Ella Woehlcke claimed three PA No. 1 spots in January in the 800m, Mile, and 1500m. She would start with a win in the 800m run at The Army Hispanic Games in a US No. 5 of 2:13. She also took second in the mile at the U.S. Army Officials Hall of Fame Invitational in 4:55 and currently ranks No. 13 in the nation. In the 1500m, she is tied for 6th nationally with a personal best of 4:37.
Asad Reese earned PA's top spot in the 400m with a win at the Kristain Marche Memorial Invitational. His personal best time of 49.17 ranks top 50 nationally and he is currently three-for-three for wins in races over that distance. Reese won the 200m at the same invite in a PA No. 4 22.41. He would also record a PA No. 4 over 300m in 35.17.
