With the State Season officially behind us, we figured it would be a good time to look at the most well rounded sprinters of the 2023 season. Over 300 sprinters ran the 400m, 200m and 100m - so we combined the time on their efforts and ranked athletes accordingly.
It should be no surprise that Jesse Myers (State College) tops this list. At the PIAA Championship he ran a PR 21.23 to take Gold in the 200m. He also finished runner-up in the 400m and fourth in the 100m. The sophomore phenom has a long high school career still ahead of him - so its pretty stunning to see him lead this list by nearly one-second.
Colin Kravitz (North Pocono) and Conor McFadden (Central Bucks West) sit tied for second on this list. Both have been exceptional throughout the year. McFadden was the Indoor State Champ in the 200m, and sought to add an Outdoor title to his legacy as well. He led 200m boys out of the 3A prelims, but unfortunately DNF'ed in the finals.
Kravitz did have a strong showing at the State Mee...
