Individuals: Tyhir Hatten (Saul) and Tino Karakousis (Masterman) should battle for the D12 crown.

2A Boys - 4:00 PM
Qualifying - 2 Teams and 10 Individuals
Individuals: Matthew Gorman (Conwell-Egan) is arguably the favorite. He ran 15:52 earlier this year and finished second at the Philadelphia Catholic League Championship, behind Cole Casadei. Patrick Rullo (Devon Prep) should be right with him.
Teams: Archbishop Wood (2022 Champions), Lansdale Catholic, Conwell-Egan, Monsignor Bonner & Archbishop Prendergast
3A Boys - 4:30 PM
Qualifying - 2 Teams and 10 Individuals
Individuals: Cole Casadei (La Salle) should be the favorite, but he may not race at 100% effort with the team competition all but locked up. Expect a La Salle boy, Daniel Gordon (Saint Joseph's Prep), or Joseph Walker (Father Judge) to claim victory.
Teams: PA #1 La Salle should navigate D12 with ease. This will likely be a tune-up week for the squad. Saint Joseph's Prep and Father Judge will battle for the second transfer spot.
Girls Notes and Ones to Watch
1A Girls - 2:00 PM
Qualifying - 1 Teams and 5 Individuals
Individuals: Bartram Motivation teammates Nevaeh Hayman-Garvin, Faith Palmer, and Ramaya Cornish will battle for the 1A title.
Teams: Bartram Motivation (2022 Champions)
2A Girls - 2:30 PM
Qualifying - 2 Teams and 10 Individuals
Individuals: Reigning District Champion, Gwen Hamilton, will be tough to beat individually. Aleah Lazar (Archbishop Ryan) and Kate McManus (Lansdale Catholic) may give her a run for her money.
Teams: Archbishop Ryan, Conwell-Egan, Lansdale Catholic (2022 Champions)
3A Girls - 3:00 PM
Qualifying - 2 Teams and 10 Individuals
Individuals: Watch for Emma Chrismer (Central) to attempt her title defense. Also watch for Amira Dailey (Central) and Sarah Lorenz (Cardinal O'Hara).
Teams: Central should run away with the team title again this year. Little Flower and Cardinal O'Hara will compete for the second transfer spot.
