The District 6 Championship was the Jesse Myers (State College) show on Tuesday and Wednesday, as the State College junior soared to three individual titles in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

But perhaps most impressively, was his performance in the 200m. After running a 21.27 in the prelims, Myers came back the next day and posted an unreal 20.91.

And that came after an earlier personal best in the 100m finals and a season-best in the 400m. He ran 10.56 and 47.65 to win those two races.

Though there was no wind-reading, observers can attest that there was very little wind on Wednesday and certainly no gusts.

Myers' 200m will go down as the fourth fastest all-time. It was also a Facility Record, Meet Record, and School Record. His 100m win was also a meet record.

Jesse Myers is certainly peaking at the right time, and now we'll see a battle between him, Jayden Horton-Mims and Shaun McCoullum for the 200m gold at the PIAA State Final. Truthfully, we could see something historic.

Horton-Mims has also run sub-21 this season, while McCoullum ran a 21.02 last week. And the best part... they're all juniors. Myers is the defending state champ in the event, and he'll look to repeat again this year.
