With so many top 3000-meter boys returning, we had to examine their improvements from last year and this year. Many of our boys making the most significant jumps are in the running to make the PTFCA State Championship.

One notable duo coming out of State College is a pair of brothers, Theo and Isaac Oppermann. Both are running over 20 seconds better than last year and are ranked 6th and 7th in PA this year.
