Week 1 Winners: Stephen Keller and Julia Kelly

Week 2 Winners: Nathan Boyer and Reese Miller

Week 3 Winners: Kyle Tracey and Alexia Tubbs

Week 4 Winners: Colin O'Donnell and Baylee Espinosa

Colin O'Donnell and Baylee Espinosa earned last week's performer of the week honors. O'Donnell ran 16:26 en route to his victory at the Briarwood Invitational.

Espinosa ran 17:48 last week to win the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational. Baylee stayed undefeated with her win, and only time will tell how long that winning streak can last.

This week, it seems like every team raced and everyone ran elite times. There were some very big invites this weekend, and the hype was lived up to with your PA athletes' performances. (Polls will close Friday, September 26th, at 8 am EST)

The Week's Boys Candidates:

Matt Gosling (Council Rock North 01) - Gosling has finally opened his season, and the wait was well worth it. Matt won his first real race of the season, running 15:39 to win his home Invite in a new course record.

Carter Smith (Mifflin County 06) - Smith just knows how to win in any way he needs to. This week was no different as he won the AAA race at the PIAA Foundations meet over a loaded field in a time of 15:53.

Jonah Montagnese (Quaker Valley 07) - Montagnese raced twice this week, running a new PA #3 of 15:06 in a league completely solo and also winning the AA race at PIAA Foundations.

Brock Yoder (Malvern Prep) - Yoder has not lost a race yet this year, and his #10 ranking on the individual list is proving he deserves to be there, with yet another win at the Whippets invitational in a time of 15:15.

Rowan Carr (Penncrest 01) - Carr has had a very quiet year so far, but Penncrest seems to start the season slowly every year. This weekend was the first real test for this team. Rowan opened his season at the George School Invite and ran 16:01 en route to his victory.

This week's Girls Candidates:

Mackenzie Skelly (Penn Charter) - Skelly is no stranger to running 5ks but is new to the High School scene, being just a freshman. Makenzie broke the freshman state record in her first 5k of the year, running 16:53 to win the George School Invite over a very stacked field. The state record seems to be in danger as she is already PA #4 all-time for state history.

Annie Czajkowski (Norwin 07) - Czajkowski won the AAA race at PIAA Foundations in a time of 19:07. She led her team to a dominant win in the team race.

Berkeley Marcelis (Wissahickon 01) - Marcelis week after week drops insane time and dominant wins. This week was no different as she won the Council Rock Invite in a time of 17:47.

Angela Zeng (South Fayette 07) - Zeng won the Blue Devil Invitational in a time of 18:19. She won the meet over a loaded field by 30 seconds.

Josephine Lenart (Shady Side Academy 07) - Lenart is just a freshman, but is not scared to compete with the best in the state. This week was no different, with a win in the A race at PIAA Foundations in a time of 19:48 on a very hilly Hershey course.
