Ryan Fritz of Octorara capped his record-setting week in the high jump with a winning leap. The week began 1/8 as he tied and then set the PA indoor meet record at 7-00.25 1/10. His 6'9" effort in a competition where everyone else was finished at 6'0" speaks volumes. Also making national marks was Brianna Flagg of Harrisburg. She won the shot put with a throw of 39'4.5". Sarah Morrison of Chambersburg ran a strong 5:19.2 to win the 1600 meters.
