Training: 60 mins am, 45 mins pm exercises, light
Where: Reichenbach and Wimmis.
Quotes: "I am dragging my cousin along!!!"

My one cousin, Vera Maurer lives here at my aunt's house during the week because the nursing school she goes to is right close to here…She goes on runs sometimes and likes to bike a heck lot so I decided I would take her on one of my runs! She did a great job and kept up just fine! Probably those fast Lauber genes. Our Uncle Willi Lauber was an awesome alp mountain biker and mountain runner in his day, although he can't do them anymore now.
Anyway, I have been encouraging Vera to try out some races sometime…and boy, she jumped on that one! Her FIRST race is on October 9th! It is a "duathlon." Biath. http://www.tvaeschi.ch/duathlon/index.html Unfortunately and fortunately I will be in Charmes, France racing too, (Switzerland vs. France race!) so I won't be able to see her, but I am sure my relatives will go and cheer her on. I am so excited for her!!!! GO VERA!! HOPP VERA!
