Frances Koons sets Armory record in the 1000m with 2:47.08

Coming through the 800 in 2:12, Villanova's Frances Koons, a former PA XC state champ, Foot Locker Finalist and 1600 state champ, set an Armory record, winning the Gotham Cup Games 1000m in 2:47.08.
