5/3 - Foot Locker Finalist Jon Pastore takes it to the track to win again

 

FootLocker Finalist Jon Pastore of Scranton Prep took to the track again and ran a 9:32.00 to win the 3200 by 12 seconds. Andre Boussarad of Myers, won the 100 in 11.00 and the 200 in 22.40. Jeremy Burger, Pleasant Valley took the Shot Put with a throw of 49-11.00 and the Discus with a 153-01.25 effort. Tunkhannock's Matt Blaisuregot in tune for Districts with his 6-06 High Jump win. And Coughlin captured three relays, the 4x100 in 44.70, the 4x400 in 3:33.70 and the 4x800 in 8:13.00. For the girls, Rose Morgans of Meyers won three events, the Long Jump (16-10.99), the Shot Put (34-11.75) and the Javelin (125-07.00). Pleasant Valley's Jillian Metzger took two events, the Pole Vault (9-09) and the 300 Hurdles (16.40). And in the sprints, TiffanySardin of Scranton went 12.60 and 26.30 for two victories.
