Field events will begin at 3:00 PM and track events will begin at 3:30 PM (Coaches meeting at 2:30 PM).

Coaches may enter 3 athletes per event but compete only two. One relay team per relay event. An athlete may be scratched from an event and can only be replaced by an athlete who has been entered in the meet by the final deadline for entries.

Initial registration and entries on Friday, March 9, 2012.
Program entries must by made by Saturday, April 7, 2012.
Final entries must be made by Monday, April 9, 2012, by 11:59 PM.

Medals will be presented to the top six places per event. Team trophies will be awarded to the top two boys and girls teams. We will continue to crown a Hempfield Area Lady Spartan/Greater Latrobe Wildcat Co-ed Champion and runner-up by awarding trophies to the two schools having the highest combined boys and girls team scores.

The entry fee is $125.00 per boys team and $125.00 per girls team.
