TFCAofGP Meet #6 - Meet Preview

The boys of the TFCAofGP will head to Glen Mills over the weekend for an early version of the weekly meet series.

Division I

Edner Dorwil of George Washington will be a heavy favorite in the 60 meter dash. Dorwil broke through with an early season win in the event with a now PA#5 time of 7.10. He hasn't contested the event since mid-December. Pennsbury's Javier Linares will go up against Council Rock South's Trenu Johnson in the 400 meters.

In the 800 meters, Boyertown's Josh Endy enters as the top seed.Look for a good race in the mile between Pennsbury's Aidan Sauer and Boyertown's Christian McComb. Another Boyertown runner---Dominic Derafelo---will be one of the top seeds in the 3K along with William Tennent's Sean Rahill.

The pole vault will bring some good talent to Glen Mills. PA#6 John Franco of Council Rock South will go up against William Tennent's Randy Showmaker and CR South's Justin Segal. In the high jump, LaSalle's Jonathon Squadrito, currently PA#3, will be the one to beat.

Division II

The 60 meters will be a good battle between a pair of strong sprinters. Hill-Freedman's Armonte Paulk (PA#3 55m) and Springside Chestnut Hill's Robert Gentile (PA#5 60m) will go head-to-head.

In the 3K, Episcopal Academy's Elias Lindgren and Twin Valley's Dylan Servis make up a strong field.

It will be a Bishop Shanahan duel in the pole vault. Teammates Michael Mullen and Andrew Puz are the two top seeds. Mullen enters to meet at PA#6. PA#7 Quameer Francis of Conwell Egan is the top seed in the shot put, but he'll have his hands full with Matthew Murray of Shanahan and the Haverford School's Petey Lemmon also entered.
