AA Girls' 4x400m Relay Preview
Neumann Goretti brings in one of the nation's top 4x400-meter relays, and it will be on display to close out states on Saturday. The Saints ran 3:45.22 at the Penn Relays, a time that stands at No. 19 in the nation. A month has passed since then and NG will look to improve upon that.
Keep an eye on the clock, too, as Neumann Goretti will look to take down its own PIAA meet record set in 2015 of 3:49.36. It will be very difficult for any team to stand in the way of this powerful squad.
Hickory went 4:02.26 to win the District 10 title. This perennial power always has good quarter mile depth, and will once again be worth watching for. Last year, Hickory took second in 3:57.
Beaver Area, Palisades, Delone Catholic, Central Cambria, Mount Carmel Area, and Mifflinburg will always have their sights set on making the finals and scoring state medals.
