Sunday– July 22, 2007

Training:  75 minutes

Day Mileage:  10.5

Week Mileage:  60 miles

Details:  Ran with Ueli, Asi, and Stephan today by the Aare.  It was a really gorgeous day and I would have liked to have gone longer, but we have a race next Saturday.

In college, my favorites were cross country first, track, indoor, and then last of all, road races…..NOW, my favorites are road races, cross country, track, and I don't even run indoor anymore.  Road races are usually longer, which is probably why my heart is set on it.  I have to take a look at my race plan and see what I'll be doing after track season is over (next Saturday).   I will probably have a mini-break after track and then start my road racing season up early this year…

NEXT: August 20 - September 2 – Busier than ever... and low iron. But plugging along...

PREVIOUS: July 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 – Back to the nitty gritty... frost & humidity...
