Strath Haven & Friends' Central & Neumann Goretti
The Skinny: Strath Haven started quick, running quick at the DVGTCA Meet #2 with a 9:22.58 and have sat at PA#1 and US#1 ever since. In that same race, Friends' Central went 9:42.65 for a PA#2. Neumann Goretti went PA#3 at the DVGTCA Meet #3, running 9:43.68. All three squads have a ton of middle distance talent.
Looking Ahead: It's certainly possible that all three squads will look to start off the state meet with good runs in the 4x8. Strath Haven has the early advantage, but FCS and NG will be aiming to cut into that gap. Expect Haven and Friends' Central to be state title factors, as well, in the DMR. Neumann Goretti, meanwhile, will chase a 4x400 state title this winter.
