Sizing It Up: PA always brings it in the 4x8, but on the girls side this year, the nation's two top teams -- Neumann Goretti and Strath Haven -- hail from the Keystone State. This is shaping up to be a race for the ages between these two powerhouse squads. Before they meet at states, the two squads will square off at Millrose on Saturday.

NG has been getting better and better, recently winning at Dr. Sander in 9:13.85. Haven was quick out of the gates early, running 9:22 back in December. Millrose will give us a preview of what's to come and where these teams stand right now (the state record is 9:03.35).

CB West, the defending AAA outdoor state champs, will be in the mix for a high finish. Penn Charter and Friends' Central will be strong as well. Penn Charter season best of 9:36 is just a second off CBW's PA#3 time. FCS has a good DMR as well, and went all in with that a year ago, so we'll see what they decide this time around.

Very little separates teams ranked PA#6 through PA#11 and things will get very interesting for the medals in a few weeks.
