Sizing It Up: This is another event where Millrose should give us a good preview of what's to come. But this event is so hard to gauge because getting out fast and maintaining a lead are so vital, so predicting an outcome is so difficult. CD East has been impressive this season, running a best of 1:29.02 at Kevin Dare. haverford School responded with a 1:29.66. Those are still the only two squads under 1:30 this season.

New Balance Games champs Norristown, along with Bensalem, are two teams that will be knocking on the favorite's doorsteps, though. Lower Merion, Upper Darby, and Truman are all good options as well in the 4x2.

This event is no stranger to wild happenings. Two years ago, Coatesville crossed the finish line first but an earlier exchange zone miscue gave the title to Bishop Shanahan.
