It was a great matchup in the girls 60 meter dash at Friday's DVGTCA meet at Lehigh. Two of the state's top sprinters took centerstage with an exciting finish.
Springside Chestnut Hill's Sabria Epps edged out Norristown's Teliyah James in a thriller down the line. Both were credited with times of 7.67 with Epps nabbing the advantage over James by just seven thousandths of a second.
Those times put the two at PA No. 2 for the season, trailing only Talitha Diggs of Saucon Valley, who went 7.46 to win at the VA Showcase.
