Who are the top AAA boys returners this spring? We looked at the top 500 times based on 2019 5K bests.

Williamsport's J. Henry Lyon (above) has the No. 2 returning time in AAA with a 15:35 from last season, as Downingtown West's Aiden Barnhill tops the list with his best of 15:23 from the state meet last season. There is a loaded list of AAA returners with 17 boys with bests under 16 minutes from last season.
