There are actually 13 teams with a somewhat legitimate chance to go to Hershey to run the challenging State course. (Only 6 will survive). As always it is very tough making it to STATES from District 1. However it does appear that the rest of the state has more than caught up.

This will be an absolutely fantastic competition.  Cieslak is undefeated this season. Zubey is the returning District One Champion. Woehlke is having an awesome season. My prediction goes to Cieslak.
