Which Pennsylvania sprinters dropped the most time since last season on the boys' side?
We took each athlete's best from 2018 and compared it with their season best from 2019 to see which sprinters improved the most in the 100, 200, and 400. Harrisburg's Kamere Day (above) dropped over a half second in both the 100 and 200 meters this season and became one of the state's top sprinters.
Note: These list include only FAT times in the MileSplit database. An athlete must have performances in the database from both the 2018 and 2019 seasons. Only included are athletes that showed improvement in the respective since last season.
