Wednesday – September 26, 2007
Training:  20 warm up, 30 minute tempo run, 30 minute warm down (I got lost)
Day Mileage:  I dunno, I was trying to find my way back…
Week Mileage:  25.5
Details:  Okay, so my group runs the same loop every time we do a tempo run, but I rarely pay attention to where we are going, instead, I just follow whoever I'm with.  Well the guys I ran with got a LOT faster at the end and I couldn't keep up anymore and then I got lost.  HAHA!  Yeah, it was dark and I didn't know where I was…I guess it also doesn't help that my orientation is terrible when I'm running.  When driving, I have great orientation..on foot, I am CLUELESS.  So I start running toward where I THINK the stadium is….and then I ask someone, "where is the stadium" and they look at me and say "emmm, dooo änet," while pointing…which means "umm that way…"  They were of course pointing in the EXACT opposite way of the way I was running, so, um, yeah.  It was really funny!  Luckily, I wasn't DEAD tired so it was okay, but I was really thirsty.  So once I DID find my way back, I chugged like a liter of water!!!  I guess the good thing about getting lost is that I ran a lot more than I planned to!  HAH!

Training:  20 warmup, 6x1,000, 60-90 sec rest, 10 min cool down
Day Mileage:  9 miles
Week Mileage:  50 miles
Details:  Felt okay, was pretty windy on the track so the times were slower than I wanted them to be, but am starting to feel like Josi the runner again!

Sunday – September 30, 2007
Training:  1:25!!!
Day Mileage:   11 miles
Week Mileage:  61 miles

What can I rant about this week???  No rants, just a big I'M SORRY I SUCK AT UPDATING!  Let me just justify this really quickly…  Sooo, my master's program is HARD!  European Universities are NO JOKE so I have sh§% tons of reading to do as well as SH%ç tons of writing!  Hey, I'm not complaining, it is really interesting and I like what I am doing…Am just trying to justify.  So I am also working as a free lance translator and I had some MAJOR catching up to do with that…And then I am getting my teacher certification to be able to teach high school level students here in Switzerland.  And of course I still have my cute little "ABC Kids Club" (English for kids) group that I still lead so that is another thing…and training.  So yeah, I thought I should train instead of writing here and I could catch up with this sometime. I will be back on track soon.  Oh yeah, I am also MOVING!!!!  That is my last justification. Sorry, am a busy body, but I will be back on track soon!!!!!
