Girls Pole Vault (Saturday, 10:40 A.M.)

Vacca is just a freshman, but she's had a terrific start to her high school career, and on Saturday morning, she'll face against an absolutely loaded field in the girls' pole vault. Vacca, who vaulted a PA No. 1 and US No. 8 of 13-0 earlier this season, is currently the No. 2 freshman all-time in US history. The freshman class record is 13-1.5 and Vacca could have a shot at that this weekend.
She will have some terrific competition as she chases higher heights. Hana and Amanda Moll from Washington will be making the trip east for Millrose. The sisters are currently US No. 1 and US No. 2 with Hana clearing a nation-leading 14-8 two weeks ago, which is also US No. 2 all-time. Amanda has cleared 14-2. Molly Haywood and Skyler Schuller, both from Texas and both currently US No. 6, are also in the field.
This is a terrific pole vault field assembled and even though, she's just a freshman, Vacca belongs right in the conversation with these stars.
