VOTE: Boys Cross Country Athlete of the Week (9/5 - 9/11)

One Competitive Weekend.

There were some incredible performances over the last few days. Each week we will nominate multiple athletes and allow you to vote for the Runner of the Week. This week's poll will close on September 8th, at 4:00 pm ET.

Be sure to vote in the MileSplit Picks window below.

This Week's Candidates:

(Listed in Random Order)

Ryan Pajak (Ringgold) - His reign continues. Pajak continued his utterly ridiculous season with another new PA #1 and his course record setting win at Red, White and Blue. His 15:13 currently ranks as a US #58. He finished 44-seconds ahead of the next finisher.

Brett Kroboth (Peters Township) - Kroboth impressively won the 3A race at the Red, White, and Blue classic in a PA #2 time. He finished 15 seconds ahead of the next finisher.

Matt Castronuovo (Upper Dublin) - Seemingly out of nowhere, Castronuovo ran a PA #3 at the Mill Street Run. He outran his teammate by 16-seconds to win the race and etch his name as one to watch.

Patrick Lawson (Haverford) - Lawson found pay dirt in his opener, running 9:43 to win the Unionville 2 Mile Bash. It was a strong start for the senior who will look to contend in November.

Aidan Hodge (Hempfield (3)) - Won the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational in a PA #7 15:44. Hodge out ran central PA talent Kevin Shank to claim the title in his impressive season debut.
